9th day in MMCH

Today is the 9th day 12.07.2020 Sunday.. missing home...got up early..as the number of patients were increasing .... had to make queue for washroom..

I had breakfast..took bath...a nurse called up all the patients for exercise ..after exercise .... every body became busy with their activities... 
I switched on the video of Ramdev and started doing anulom vilom...kapalbhati...I continued it for around 45minutes.......I didn't know when I feltafelt sleepy and went to sleep.

I woked by with a jerk...I thought it was earthquake...
when I woke up I saw Maina and a nurse were staring at me.... even other patients were looking at me in surprise.... when I enquired the nurse replied that she was trying to wake me up but unable to..even Maina was calling me but I didn't woke up so they were about to take me to the bathroom...and shower water on me... I looked at myself the earphone was plugged inside my ears hence I didn't hear them ...the nurse added that i am discharged....hence need to pack up..

I was surprised I pinched myself to ensure I am awake..
OMG..I can go home now ...my swab test had come out to be negative... immediately I rang up my husband and informed him....he was very happy....

I had lunch...fish was provided .... completed pack up.
waited for the discharge documents..new patients were admitted I had to leave the bed..after waiting for around 4 hours we were called at the ground floor.... stamps were put on our both hands...certificate was provided .. they advised us to stay quarantined for 14 days for the safety of our family..

We were dropped us at our home through ambulance..total 5 patients were discharged..

Thanks to the management of MMCH for their dedicated wonderful team who helped us in reaching our home. Salute to the team 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

At around 8pm...I was at home.........but it wasn't complete yet ...

On 22.10.2022 rangoli competition was organised in our hospital. on the occasion of upcoming Deepawali. The festival of lights. Our HR team takes all initiatives to ensure that our staff enjoys the festival while serving the patients. The competition was organised in the conference hall so that there was no space constraint. Photo courtesy: Niharika Singh                                                                   I along with my team member went to ICU to meet the patient Arun Jain (Patient’s name has been changed to maintain the confidentiality).   He was surrounded by  nurses; they  were busy with his medications. Though his eyes were  looking towards  us but there was no response. It was learnt that he was aware about his critical situation long before. He didn't talk with us as he did yesterday. He looked very fragile;  the nursing team shifted  him from  oral to nasal feeding. He was in pain. the on-duty doctor also attended him. He had refused to have food.
