  “Celebrate the world at Marwari Hospitals” It was in the year 2009, 16 th September I joined this esteem organization as Manager, Marwari Maternity Hospital.   I remember I reported to General Manager’s office. After documental verification, one of the officials accompanied me to the Marwari Maternity Hospital Building.   Through the lens of a Hospital Bio Medical Department:-Necessity is the mother of invention It was at around 7.30am, our BME received a call that there was leakage of oxygen gas from the pipeline fitted at  first floor (outside the building) of one of the Hospital  Block. The electrician on duty  informed that he had put adhesive tape on the leakage to prevent the leakage but still there was leakage. It was a  rainy day; there was traffic jam due to water logging in the streets. Most of the officials were late in reaching office even she had struggled to reach hospital. Through the lens of a Hospital  - Bio Medical Department                                          Dtd May 13,2022 Blue Print… a mandatory document Renovation work was on process. Cabins were being renovated. Construction of modular OT was on process. The project team instructed that the oxygen pipeline fitted near the entrance of the adjacent cabin needs to be disconnected. The Project team was requested to wait till another day so that proper decision could be made but they were reluctant to wait. Blueprint was also not available. A message was circulated on whats app as there was no time to circulate the circular. Sufficient  oxygen cylinders were provided in the OTs, critical care areas, ward etc. Floor wise oxygen valves would have facilitated the task but it was observed that floor wise valves were not there.The Vision I Healthcare staff cut the oxygen pipeline which ...

                                                        " The fateful charger" 20th September,  2022 Tuesday, it was as usual as other days. The OPD patients attendance was less, it was not as busy as it used to be. Every department was  busy with their day to day activities... At around 2.30pm code blue was announced in the pediatric department. Code blue is a term that is usually used to indicate a patient requiring resuscitation or otherwise in need of immediate  medical attention, most often as the result of a respiratory or cardiac arrest. We became standstill....which child has been reported with cardiac arrest...? At 2.30 pm it was reported that a child of age around 11 had come having electrification at home. He became unconscious after electrification and thus has come to the hospital. Burn injury was found in this left palm....
